MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Port Huron, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually, connecting them to personalized weight management services tailored to their needs and preferences. Participants can select from a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with their weight, we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after completing the MOVE! program.
