MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Plymouth, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them to tailored weight management services that respect their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of supportive options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home monitoring and communication. For Veterans who prefer a more independent approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while those needing additional support can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options. We encourage all interested Veterans to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
