MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Oxford, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who utilizes VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, telehealth support through TeleMOVE!, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. Additionally, for Veterans facing persistent challenges with weight, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options. Our commitment is to empower Veterans on their weight loss journey, and we encourage anyone interested in participating to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider for assistance in getting started.
