Cancer Transitions

Located in Owosso, MI, Cancer Transitions is a supportive program designed for individuals who are survivors of any cancer diagnosis and have recently completed their treatment. While primarily focused on those who finished treatment within the last 24 months, our resources aim to assist survivors at any stage of their journey. We offer comprehensive support that includes nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management support, all grounded in evidence-based practices to empower survivors to thrive in their post-treatment lives.
