Lindsay Allarding

Lindsay Allarding, LMSW, is a compassionate Clinical Social Worker and therapist dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals and couples feel valued and heard. With a person-centered approach, she fosters an environment where clients can explore their concerns at their own pace while honoring the significance of their past, present, and future. Lindsay cultivates deeper awareness in her clients regarding their experiences, emphasizing their strengths and resilience to promote self-compassion, healing, and transformative change. Her areas of expertise encompass anxiety in its various forms, infertility, self-esteem, life transitions, identity, attachment, trauma and PTSD, women's issues, LGBTQ+ challenges, and relationship dynamics. Additionally, Lindsay possesses extensive knowledge in Advanced Reproductive Technology treatments, including In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). Utilizing evidence-based therapy methods such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Schema Therapy, Trauma-Focused approaches, and Attachment-based techniques, she is committed to empathy and understanding in building a positive, collaborative, and open therapeutic relationship.
