MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Novi, MI is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management strategies. Our mission is to actively screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans addressing more persistent weight-related challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
