Cancer Transitions

Based in Novi, MI, Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program designed for cancer survivors who have completed their treatment, particularly within the last 24 months, but beneficial for anyone in their survivorship journey. Our mission is to empower survivors by offering essential support in four key areas: nutritional guidance to enhance recovery, customized exercise plans to promote physical well-being, emotional health education for mental resilience, and medical management education to navigate post-treatment health. Through our evidence-based approach, we strive to foster a supportive community that helps individuals regain control and thrive after cancer, ensuring that they feel cared for every step of the way.
