Focusing on individuals within 24 months post-treatment, but beneficial to all survivors at any stage of their journey, our evidence-based approach offers essential services aimed at enhancing quality of life. Participants receive personalized nutritional guidance, tailored exercise plans, emotional health support, and comprehensive medical management education.
