The Meal Support Program in Niles, MI, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our unique approach features live, facilitated virtual group meals where participants can connect in a safe and supportive environment while receiving essential nutrition. With sessions offered four times daily—two at lunchtime and two at dinner—this program allows individuals the flexibility to attend as many sessions as needed to fit their schedules. Each meal support session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners who are part of the Clinician’s Incubator training program and are working towards their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support, please note that we are not a crisis support program. For emergency assistance, we encourage reaching out to professional services.
