MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Mount Pleasant, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and referred to personalized weight management options. We offer a range of services tailored to individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with medical options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with overweight or weight-related issues.
