Through comprehensive training and hands-on experience, Fellows are equipped with the skills needed to advocate for organic food practices, implement community education initiatives, and enhance local access to healthy, diversified crops. Our Fellowship fosters meaningful partnerships, turning knowledge into action by supporting community gardens, farmers markets, and innovative health programs. With no tuition fees, we ensure that this transformative experience is accessible to all. Over a six-month journey at the Allegheny Farm, selected participants engage in immersive learning, followed by a Community Action Year to apply their knowledge alongside regional non-profits. Applications are open until March each year, with the program typically running from May to October.
