Family Support is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families in Monroe, MI, by offering a wide range of essential resources and support. Our comprehensive services include providing accurate information, parent mentoring, nutritional education, and meal planning, as well as behavior management strategies. We also assist families in navigating the crucial application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
