Valerie Ann Paige

Valerie Ann Paige is a dedicated counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling from Wayne State University, where she graduated in 2017. She specializes in working with teens, adults, and elders experiencing issues such as depression, life transitions, and self-esteem. Valerie believes in meeting individuals where they are on their journey and empowers them to determine their desired path forward. With a deep conviction that everyone possesses the potential to overcome challenges and enact positive change, she provides a nurturing environment that fosters personal growth. Valerie recognizes that in moments of uncertainty, loss, or daily struggles, it is common to lose sight of one's identity and aspirations. Her mission is to reconnect clients with their true selves, challenging feelings of unworthiness and self-doubt while instilling a sense of purpose in all life circumstances. By promoting a view of oneself as a worthy and purposeful individual, Valerie equips her clients with the tools to navigate life's complexities. In addition to traditional talk therapy, she offers immersive experiences through art therapy and outdoor therapy, allowing clients to explore their feelings and gain insights in a creative and natural setting.
