MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Midland, MI, the MOVE! Weight Management Program offers comprehensive health promotion and weight management services specifically tailored for Veterans. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for Veterans by addressing obesity through proactive annual screenings at VA facilities and personalized referrals to a variety of weight management options. We provide compassionate support through group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which includes in-home messaging and professional guidance as needed. For those who prefer independence, the MOVE! Coach mobile app serves as a valuable tool for self-management. Additionally, Veterans struggling with weight-related issues can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring our program.
