Olive Leaf is a Licensed Professional Counselor (MA, LPC) renowned for her approachability and authenticity in therapy. She seamlessly blends humor and empathy with an unwavering commitment to evidence-based practices and scientific principles. Olive earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, where she integrated rigorous biblical studies with the latest advancements in mental health. This dedication was recognized with the Presidential Award for Academic Achievement and Contribution to the Seminary. Her studies centered on marriage and family dynamics, along with advanced issues in child counseling. Olive brings a wealth of experience, addressing concerns such as child behavioral issues, ADHD, marital preparation, achieving harmony in relationships, divorce adjustment, anxiety, depression, post-partum challenges, grief, and adjustment disorders. Her role as a family pastor has further honed her skills in spiritual formation and life coaching, allowing her to assist families in meaningful ways. Outside of her professional commitments, Olive enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, diving into science journals, sharing laughs while watching stand-up comedy with her son, or strolling with her husband of 30 years to the local bookshop.
