Haley Paperd, a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist, believes that every season of life comes with its own unique set of highs and lows. She is committed to walking alongside individuals on their journey, working collaboratively to help them develop the skills necessary to navigate challenging times. Haley values the therapeutic relationship she builds with her clients, providing a safe, non-judgmental space that empowers them to embrace change and move forward positively. Her person-centered approach is tailored to each individual’s specific strengths and goals. Specializing in therapy for children, teenagers, families, and adults, she supports those seeking help with depression, anxiety, life transitions, social difficulties, grief and loss, and self-esteem issues. Additionally, Haley has experience addressing the needs of children, teens, and young adults diagnosed with Autism and ADHD, as well as those facing behavioral concerns. She understands that taking the first step towards mental health support can be daunting, but hopes to create a warm, safe environment where individuals and families can feel free to express their truest selves on their path towards healing.
