Cancer Transitions is a supportive and evidence-based program located in Macomb, MI, designed specifically for cancer survivors who have completed their treatment. While primarily aimed at those within the first 24 months post-treatment, our resources and guidance are beneficial for individuals at any stage of their survivorship journey. We offer comprehensive nutritional support, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management assistance to empower survivors to thrive after cancer.
