At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), located in Livonia, MI, we are dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and the Older Americans Act. We focus on delivering nutritious meals specifically planned by a Registered Dietitian to support the health and well-being of our clients, addressing various medical needs such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are thoughtfully crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring they meet dietary restrictions. For those covered by Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, meal delivery eligibility varies by state and program. Clients with case managers can consult them for details on benefits, while Medicare Advantage beneficiaries should verify meal options through their plan materials. Additionally, we offer a self-pay program for those seeking the convenience of home-delivered meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. At N4L, we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further enhance our clients’ wellness journey.
