The Meal Support Program in Jackson, MI, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program offers a compassionate environment through live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals designed to foster a safe space for participants to enjoy nourishment while receiving vital support. With meal support sessions held four times daily—two during lunch and two during dinner—individuals can choose to attend as many sessions as their schedule allows. Each meal support gathering is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support, please note that we do not provide crisis services. For urgent needs, we encourage reaching out to professional crisis support lines.
