Our program is centered on enhancing general health and well-being through meals specifically designed by Registered Dietitians, addressing a wide range of dietary needs, including conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We ensure our meals are crafted without dairy, peanuts, gluten, or pork to accommodate various dietary restrictions. Eligible clients can access our services through their Case Managers, Medicaid providers, or local Area Agencies on Aging. For those looking to enjoy the convenience of nutritious meals without insurance coverage, we offer a self-pay option at an affordable rate of just $7.75 per meal, with customizable choices for every delivery.
