MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Holland, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually and connect them with personalized weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a range of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, allowing for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer a more autonomous approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not achieved their weight loss goals through our program.
