MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Harrison Township, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually, offering tailored referrals and diverse treatment options that meet individual needs. With a focus on accessible support, we provide various services such as group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, the innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging system, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing continued challenges with weight, we also facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
