MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Grosse Pointe, MI, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Veterans through tailored health promotion and obesity management. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by providing comprehensive screenings for obesity and connecting them with diverse weight management services that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! platform for in-home support. Additionally, Veterans can access the MOVE! Coach mobile app for a self-directed approach to weight loss, as well as medical interventions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who may require extra assistance.
