Home Delivered Meals, a service of Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), is dedicated to providing nutritious meals tailored to the unique needs of individuals in Grosse Pointe, MI. We specialize in Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals, serving those eligible through Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking self-pay options. Our meal programs are designed by Registered Dietitians, ensuring each meal supports general health and meets the dietary requirements for various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Meals are thoughtfully crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible, we facilitate meal delivery based on benefits verified through Case Managers or local agencies. Additionally, our self-pay program, available at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, allows individuals to select every meal and delivery, providing convenience and comfort. We also offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' wellness journeys.
