Meal Support Program

Meal Support Program

Grand Haven, MI US
The Meal Support Program in Grand Haven, MI, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual group meal sessions that create a nurturing and safe environment for participants to share a meal together while receiving essential support. With four meal support sessions scheduled daily, including two at lunchtime and two at dinnertime, individuals are encouraged to attend as often as their schedules allow after approval. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working towards their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification. Please note that while we focus on meal support, we are not equipped for crisis intervention; for immediate help, we advise contacting emergency services or reaching out to crisis support services. Join us in a supportive community committed to fostering recovery and a healthy relationship with food.
