MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Flint, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support Veterans by ensuring they receive annual obesity screenings at VA facilities and connecting them to personalized weight management solutions tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, alongside the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who wish to manage their weight independently. Additionally, for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
