Located in Flat Rock, MI, Wisewoman is dedicated to empowering low-income, uninsured, and underinsured women aged 40-64 in Wayne County through free health screenings and personalized coaching. Our mission is to support you in achieving small, manageable health goals that foster lasting, positive changes in your life. Wisewoman offers a range of services, including health intake screenings and continuous collaboration with a health coach who provides follow-up support via text or phone. We also connect our participants to valuable community lifestyle programs, such as the Diabetes Prevention Program, covering the costs to ensure that financial barriers do not stand in the way of your health journey.
