Nicole Urhahn-Schmitt is a dedicated therapist with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She holds various credentials, including LLC and NCC, and specializes in working with adults and teens. Nicole strongly believes in the innate potential for healing within each individual through support, compassion, and unconditional positive regard. With experience in assisting individuals with challenges such as depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, and substance use issues, she is committed to ongoing education to offer the highest quality of care. Nicole employs an integrative therapy approach, focusing on Existential, Psychodynamic, and Strength-Based methods, while she is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help clients overcome their trauma.
