Miles Keller

Miles Keller, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a degree in Clinical Mental Health from Oakland University, is dedicated to helping adults and elders navigate the complexities of their thoughts and emotions. He understands that many individuals experience self-doubt, procrastination, and emotional challenges. By fostering a genuine connection and employing evidence-based interventions, Miles empowers his clients to transform their responses to these difficulties. With expertise in a variety of therapy types—including Compassion Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—he is well-equipped to support clients at every stage of life. Miles has extensive experience working with young adults as they explore their identities and set career objectives. He also leads a tabletop role-playing group designed to enhance social skills. Recognizing that the journey into counseling can evoke a range of emotions, Miles is committed to working closely with individuals, attentively addressing their thoughts and actions, to create a personalized plan that emphasizes their strengths and aligns with their goals.
