Jessica Collins, an experienced Counselor with an MA and LPC credentials, understands the challenges that come with living amid depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, and life stressors. Many adults and elders, at times, silently grapple with overwhelming feelings of sadness, worthlessness, and excessive worry, often feeling isolated and hopeless.
