The Meal Support Program in Adrian, MI, provides compassionate and structured meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers accessible, live, virtual group meals designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutrition while receiving essential support. With meal support sessions scheduled four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can choose to attend as many sessions as needed to fit their routines. Each session is facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all working towards their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support and recovery, please note that we are not a crisis service. For immediate crisis support, we encourage individuals to contact trained professionals by texting HEALING to 741741 or seeking emergency services.
