Located in Wells, ME, Cancer Transitions is a compassionate, evidence-based program designed specifically for cancer survivors who have completed their treatment. Our mission is to support individuals within 24 months of their diagnosis, although survivors at any stage of their journey can benefit from our resources. We offer a holistic approach that includes nutritional support, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and essential medical management guidance, all aimed at empowering survivors to thrive in their post-treatment lives.
