Located in South China, ME, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities each year for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services. We offer a variety of supportive options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and our innovative MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer to manage their weight independently. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with overweight or weight-related issues, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
