Meals 4 Kids, located in South Berwick, ME, is dedicated to providing free, fresh, and nutritious food to children and teens in the Greater Seacoast area. Our innovative program features a Farmer's Market style distribution of emergency food during school breaks, ensuring that families have access to essential ingredients for healthy meals. Every week, we offer a variety of ingredients and recipes for 10 complete meals, alongside engaging food demonstrations and fun cooking and fitness challenges. We warmly welcome families with children aged 18 and under to join us in nurturing a healthier community, with times and locations for our distributions regularly updated to ensure everyone can participate.
