The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in South Berwick, ME, empowers aspiring advocates and educators to champion a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Through a tuition-free program, fellows receive comprehensive training in organic food system education and engage in hands-on experiences at the Allegheny Farm Campus. Participants cultivate diverse crops, lead educational sessions, maintain community gardens, and integrate food and ecological literacy into local schools. This fellowship also emphasizes collaboration with non-profit organizations to enhance community food access, support farmers markets, and foster healthy eating initiatives.
