MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Scarborough, ME, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to support Veterans by screening them for obesity at VA facilities each year and connecting them to personalized weight management services that meet their unique needs. We offer a wide range of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer self-guided management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have tried other options without success.
