Based in Raymond, ME, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by providing crucial financial assistance tailored specifically for their needs. We offer a comprehensive support package that includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, aimed at easing the burden during this challenging time. Our program also delivers psycho-social counseling via phone with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions through phone consultations with a licensed genetic counselor. We invite healthcare providers like physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, which are processed in the order received based on available funding. Our mission is to honor the strength and resilience of these remarkable individuals while ensuring they have access to the support they need.
