Our program offers a comprehensive support package that includes a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, ensuring that patients can focus on their health without the added burden of financial strain. Additionally, we connect patients with psycho-social counseling through licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions by licensed genetic counselors, all accessible via phone. To facilitate support, we encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, which are processed in the order received, reflecting our commitment to prompt and compassionate care.
