Our Family Support team is committed to offering accurate information and comprehensive assistance right from the moment of diagnosis, ensuring families have the resources they need. Our program includes vital services such as parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and help navigating application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
