Located in Lincolnville, ME, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and provided with personalized referrals to effective weight management services. To meet diverse needs, we offer a variety of treatment options, including group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program which allows for in-home support. For those who prefer self-guided approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite participating in the program.
