The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Lincolnville, ME dedicates itself to training and empowering passionate individuals to champion a food system that is just and sustainable for all. Our program eliminates tuition barriers, ensuring accessibility for those eager to engage in organic food system education. Fellows spend six months immersed in hands-on learning at our Allegheny Farm Campus, where they acquire the skills necessary to spearhead innovative community initiatives, develop diversified farming practices, implement educational health sessions, and support local farmers' markets. Following this enriching experience, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, where they collaborate with regional non-profits to put their training into practice, creating impactful solutions for improved access to healthy foods. We welcome applications through March each year, with the fellowship experience typically occurring from May to October.
