We recognize the incredible resilience of our patients and offer crucial financial assistance tailored to their unique needs. Our program includes a comprehensive support package featuring a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card for transportation to appointments, and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate day-to-day costs. Additionally, we provide access to psycho-social counseling sessions with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling conducted over the phone by licensed genetic counselors, ensuring emotional and informational support during this challenging time. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed promptly based on available funding.
