Located in Harpswell, ME, Mid Coast Hunger is dedicated to addressing food insecurity by providing essential food assistance to those in need. Our food pantry offers a wide array of both perishable and non-perishable items to help meet the basic nutritional needs of our clients. We invite community members to visit us during pantry hours—Tuesdays from 4-6 PM, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12-3 PM, and Saturdays from 1-4 PM—to enjoy greater variety and quantity. For those in urgent need, emergency food is accessible Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM. Additionally, we strive to support our clients by offering personal care items such as diapers, baby food, and menstrual products whenever possible.
