Meals on Wheels, operated by Spectrum Generations, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to elderly and homebound adults in Gardiner, ME, and surrounding areas including Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Somerset, and Waldo Counties, as well as parts of Cumberland County. Our program ensures that nutritious meals are delivered directly to those in need, with the added flexibility to accommodate dietary restrictions related to health, religion, or cultural backgrounds. Deliveries typically occur mid-morning through early afternoon, and our local Nutrition Coordinator is available to provide specific scheduling information. We truly believe that everyone deserves access to nutritious food, which is why meals are offered regardless of the ability to pay, and we welcome donations of any size to support our mission.
