Based in Fort Kent, ME, Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors by providing vital wellness resources at no cost. Understanding the unique challenges faced by those from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or living in underserved rural areas, we deliver six free wellness kits every two months to those experiencing financial hardships. Each kit is thoughtfully curated to promote well-being and may include essentials such as a water bottle, journal, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional supportive resources. Our mission is to ensure that every cancer survivor has access to the tools they need to aid their recovery and maintain their health, regardless of their circumstances.
