MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fort Fairfield, ME, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our Veterans through focused weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission encompasses annual screenings for obesity in every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities, along with personalized referrals to suitable weight management services that respect individual preferences. We offer a variety of treatment options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who favor self-directed weight management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while Veterans facing persistent weight challenges can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring our primary program options.
