Located in Farmington, ME, Care and Share Food Closet is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals and families facing food insecurity. Our mission is to alleviate hunger by offering a 4-5 day supply of nutritious emergency food to those in need, available once a month to each household. We welcome new visitors; simply arrive and complete the necessary forms to access our services. During the summer months, interested clients can visit us Monday from 12 noon to 2 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m., as well as Tuesday through Thursday from 12 noon to 2 p.m. We are here to support our community with compassion and respect, ensuring everyone has reliable access to wholesome food.
