Located in Eliot, ME, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program provides vital support to women battling ovarian cancer. Our mission is to empower these brave individuals by offering essential financial assistance designed specifically for their needs. This includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card for transportation, and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate everyday burdens. Additionally, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions via phone with licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions to ensure holistic support. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, which are processed in the order received, contingent on available funding.
