Dover Foxcroft, ME US
The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Dover Foxcroft, ME, empowers passionate individuals to lead the charge for a fair, sustainable food system. Through our immersive six-month program, selected Fellows receive comprehensive education in organic food systems, equipping them to advocate for social, environmental, and economic justice in food production. The program fosters hands-on experiences in crop cultivation, educational initiatives, and community gardening, while also enabling participation in farmers markets and direct-to-consumer sales. Each Fellow engages in a transformative Community Action Year, working alongside local non-profits to apply their knowledge and skills. We prioritize accessibility—there are no tuition fees—ensuring that a diverse group can join our mission to create healthier food systems and build resilience in communities. Applications are welcomed until March each year, with the Fellowship running from May to October.
