Five Loaves & Two Fish Healthy Teaching Kitchen in Casco, ME, is dedicated to enhancing community well-being through affordable health and wellness cooking classes. Our engaging, interactive environment allows participants to cook together, share ideas, and gain valuable culinary and nutrition knowledge. We offer a variety of programs including health and nutrition education, individual and group guided cooking classes, as well as chronic disease management and prevention education. With virtual classes available for participants nationwide and in-person sessions in Central Florida, we strive to empower individuals with the skills and knowledge to improve their health through cooking.
